JENNY & CHRIS' RUSTIC GLAM BARN WEDDING AT HEALEY BARN | NORTHUMBERLAND

The family & friends online gallery only just got released last Friday but I couldn't wait any longer to share with you all Jenny & Chris' wonderful wedding at Healey Barn!

Jenny & Chris got married on the 22nd March 2019 and what a day it was!!

I started the morning at Jenny & Chris' house with the girls getting ready - chatting, drinking, gift giving - the morning flew by with lots of laughter and possibly even more bubbles! These two moved into their house not too long ago and have been renovating it ever since - I even hear that Chris was spending the week of his wedding tiling bathrooms and the kitchen so that it was ready for the wedding morning. Now that's commitment to the wedding cause! However I don't have any close up's of his work on this blog unfortunately!

... But back to their wedding day. Before we knew it it was time to head off to the beautiful Healey Barn, a venue I always look forward to shooting at - I'm sure by viewing the photographs you'll totally understand why! Jenny & Chris planned to both get married and have their reception there, and WOW it was AMAZING!

Their ceremony was such a wonderfully personal one, with them both writing special vows for each other while plenty of guests watched on with a few tears in their eyes and maybe a touch a laughter when some rings took a little longer to get on fingers than expected!

Their whole day flew by in such a blur, it was constantly full of action and fun, from climbing over a fence to get some woodland shots, (massive thank you to both Jenny & Chris for doing that in their wedding dress and suit!), to family formal photographs in the drizzly rain. These two were up for anything and not once were fazed by anything I suggested! They're honestly the most down to earth, lovely people you could meet!

Jenny & Chris really did make me feel like one of the guests and I'm so honoured that I got to capture all their future memories for them both.

I wish them all the happiness in the world in their home together, and wonderful success with the pub they own - by all accounts they made a weekend of their wedding by having a second party at the pub the day after the wedding. I'm sure there were plenty of sore heads on the Sunday after the two day celebratory booze-up!

But for now, I'll leave you with a few words from Mr & Mrs Baxter:

"It's hard to put into a few words how incredible Camilla is! From the very first meeting we had with her, we felt like we had known her for years - she is so enthusiastic and clearly loves what she does, she has endless amounts of energy and is super professional. I would definitely recommend a pre-wedding shoot with Camilla, we found that it was a great way to get comfortable in front of the camera and for us to get to know each other better.

Our wedding day was incredible and we couldn't stop smiling from the beginning until the end - Camilla captured such an incredible range of photos, including all of the little details which are so lovely to look back on - we can't stop looking through our photo's and we absolutely love them!

We can't thank Camilla enough and we're definitely recommending her to all of our friends who are getting married soon.

Love Mr & Mrs Baxter! xx"
