EMMA & TOM'S NEUTRAL AND NATURAL BARN WEDDING AT EDEN BARN | CUMBRIA

I'm taking us back to the 18th August 2018 for today's wedding, which goes to Emma & Tom, who got married at the beautiful Eden Wedding Barn.

I started the morning down a long and windy country lane at Low Ploughlands Holiday Cottages. The beautifully bricked barn-styled holiday cottages were filled with Emma's wonderful bridesmaids and packed full with her flower girls and pageboys! The morning flew by and before we knew it it was time for me to leave for their ceremony.

This was the first time I was shooting a wedding at Eden Barn, and like most new venues I visit, I was pleasantly surprised at just how beautiful it was! There's so many hidden gems throughout the countryside and it was wonderful to find out about and shoot at this new (to me) barn.

The venue suited both Emma & Tom so well, both being brought up in the countryside picking a rural venue fit well, as well as a venue where you could put so many personal touches on the day. These two were in the barn most of Friday decorating it to exactly how they wanted it! They'd named the tables after different breeds of sheep, (they're sheep farmers), and had a cake made with two little sheep placed on top too!

The whole day was such a relaxed wedding and flew by in what felt like seconds! Emma even had 5 flower girls and 2 pageboys, so there was plenty of action throughout the day with the odd one trying to steel Emma's limelight, especially during the ceremony by venturing up and down the aisle. It's evident to see that these two love children, so all the little ones that were part of the day just made for more fun and laughter.

When I was leaving the party the dance floor was in full swing and I'm sure they partied late into the night! Coming up to nearly their 1 year anniversary, I wish both Emma & Tom all the happiness in the world, and I'm sure they've had a wonderful year together!
