I have something so special for you from the 23rd of September 2021, and it comes in form of a NEW wedding preview!
Beth & Danny had been on a roller-coaster the 12+ months before their wedding, after having to postpone their first wedding date that was in September 2020, and postpone their honeymoon countless times too. BUT, with all that under their belts, they finally got the day of their dreams at the beautiful Lodore Falls Hotel & Spa, and I’m sure you’ll all agree with me after seeing their photographs – it was definitely worth the wait!
We started the day in one of the suites with all the girls slowly getting ready, and even though Beth was a little nervous, the excitement of it all soon took over! After choosing a dress that she said she HATED on the hanger (isn’t it always the way to fall in love with the one with no hanger appeal ) she looked spectacular! Her dad without a shadow of a doubt agreed too – you HAVE to see his first-look photographs, these are some of my favourites!
The day flew by in a flash, and with a few minutes to eat the puddings, we were soon on the vintage buses heading into Keswick to catch their boat ride across Derwent Water. They’d booked the cutest wooden boat to fit all their guests on, and with plenty of bubbles and bear flowing throughout the boat the autumnal wind certainly didn’t matter since everyone was more than enjoying themselves, and the views.
One of Beth’s big requests was to have a sparkler shot before the first dance, and this was certainly worth the herding and coordination to try and get all the sparklers lit at the same time (that’s usually the BIGGEST task for sparkler photographs) HOWEVER it worked PERFECTLY and these photographs I absolutely LOVE from their wedding day.
It’s been such a pleasure getting to know Beth & Danny over the years leading up to their big day, they are just honestly such a lovely couple and up for anything to get photographs they would treasure – can you believe it was even spitting a bit in their couple photographs?! They both looked utterly beautiful!
I hope Beth & Danny had the most amazing mini-moon in Chester, Manchester and The Lake District, because either way, they’ll have had some amazing memories from their stunning wedding day to reminisce about!
I’d love to end this post by wishing them both a lifetime of happiness over the decades to come, it’s very clear to see both Beth and Danny are meant for each other! Here’s to Mr & Mrs Sawyer!
