How do you meet your future partner nowadays?!

Well in Kitty and Philip’s case they were introduced by Philip’s mum after she met Kitty for the first time in a local pub during the Covid restrictions of being seated outside, after they got talking she realised Kitty was single and hatched a plan to introduce them both via WhatsApp. Call it fate or call it a chance meeting, but the rest of their lives started from that moment onwards! If you ask me, Philip’s mum sounds like the new version of Tinder! Match-making business pending!

 

Kitty and Philip decided to tie the knot at the lakeside hotel, Low Wood Bay, overlooking Windermere. Like true Cumbrian weather you couldn’t quite tell it was a Summers day, but to be perfectly honest it didn’t matter for these two, their smiles never left their face (well let’s not talk about the moment Philip broke down in tears with his grandad pre ceremony… I told you we won’t talk about that moment!!!) and they truly had the day of their dreams with some hilarious speeches, lively live music, and an evening full of shots, great dance moves and a photobooth that always had a queue! Their guests, like Kitty and Philip, definitely know how to party!

It’s easy to see that these two are so unbelievably happy together and it was an absolute pleasure capturing their big day for them at Low Wood Bay Hotel & Spa. For now though I’ll leave you with their photographs. Here’s to the new Mr & Mrs!!
