Bottles popping, singing waiters who are basically west end performers in London, and a band that kicks the party up a step with amazing music, Friday had all the makings of one SERIOUSLY amazing wedding day! And to top things off, the couple, Jessica & David were so fun and lived for EVERY SINGLE MINUTE OF IT!

Should I take us back though?! Jessica has been planning her wedding since a little girl, so when David popped the question ALL the wedding planning planners and files came out and the scrolling through TikTok and Instagram began to find the perfect venue and suppliers!

 

It’s very clear Jessica has been in her element throughout the whole planning process… I’m just hoping she’s now not got Monica from friends’ vibes “I’ll never be a bride again. Now I’m just someone’s wife.”

 

All the planning and organising luckily made the most perfect wedding though with her dream outdoor drinks reception complete with saxophone player, magician and ice-cream cart (yes I had to sample those ice-creams) followed by some surprise singing waiters who tailored the entire set to Jessica & David, using their names in songs and picking on certain guests that the couple had sneakily chosen beforehand. The whole performance had everyone on their feet and in stitches laughing at their hilarious performance, even when they got the wrong person for one of their songs (two people on the same table with the same name… easily done!) but Jessica made the whole performance ever more hilarious by standing up, stopping the song and pointing out the REAL person… you can imagine everyone doubled over laughing at the entire thing. It just made it even more comical!

 

The party atmosphere didn’t stop and with some bottle’s popping and a champagne spray outside the chateau, it was clear the party had officially started!

I left while the dancefloor was full and the happy couple were having the time of their lives. It’s very easy to see why Jessica and David are so perfectly suited together and it’s been an absolute pleasure capturing their big day for them! Here's to the new and beautiful Mr & Mrs Havercroft!⁠
