Their Wedding Story

Alex & Jack are two of the nicest, laid back couples you will ever meet and on Saturday they tied the knot overlooking Derwent Water at the idyllic Lodore Falls Hotel & Spa.

While Jack was refusing to put on cufflinks and do his top button up while getting ready with the boys (it was a hot day!) Alex was with the girls having a glass or two of bubbly and getting the most perfect waves styled in her hair. By the time the ceremony was due to start Jack was already getting a little nervous, and to make matters worse Alex had organised with Sophia their live singer to add in a very special little voice recording of their little boy Rory during Alex’s entrance song. It’s at that moment there wasn’t a dry eye in the ceremony and as Rory walked Alex down the sun-drenched aisle everything just fell into place perfectly!

It's easy to see why these two effortlessly work, with super similar interests and great senses of humour, it was an absolute pleasure to get to capture their happy memories for them!
